The other day I tweeted an outfit picture for the first time in forever! You miiiiiiiight recall that once upon a time, I had a style blog. I updated it pretty regularly, from January 2010, to roughly October 2010, switching over to this blog exclusively around August. The blog was one of my more successful new year’s resolutions to date.
I may begin doing micro style blogging soon. I haven’t entirely decided, but it might be fun; this semester has been one of my weirdest, sartorially and otherwise.Â
My current favorite song.

Laundry double brooch by Hairy Sock
Debatable best cover song ever? I need to do a top-ten best covers list.

By Megan Lara.
My current favorite song.
It haunts me.
The perfect breakfast for non-breakfast-food-eaters:

Fage Greek Yogurt, chickpeas, olive oil, salt & pepper.

First bite is like hmmmmmmm? And then second bite is like yeahhhhhhh.
Hey! haha i’m sorry about that! My privacy settings on facebook are all over the place. Requesting you now :)
and yes! We should absolutely meet up! Next time you’re in NYC, let me know and we’ll make it happen. And I don’t know if you’re near the Allston area, but I also have friends that go to Emerson who live there. I may visit early next year!
Hey! Here’s a post I’ve been wanting to write for a while. I’ve been an avid blog reader since sophomore year of college, and here are a few of my very favorites!Â

This is the most personal out of all of these blogs. I love her photography style and her sense of humor.

Admittedly, I am jealous of Niotillfem’s social life. This blog makes me want to throw classy parties just to celebrate the weekend’s arrival.

Gala is such a smart businesswoman. She gives some pretty solid advice, which is definitely worth a listen.

This girl can DIY the socks off of anyone. ANYONE!

Betty Felon is the real deal. She knows her stuff about comics, and is one hell of a cosplayer. If I ran into her at a convention, I’d be starstruck. Most definitely.

Exquisite photos and illustrations!

Exquisite photos and cinemagraphs! (Also, she looks like a silver screen starlet from the 1940’s.)

Every time I visit this site, I always think, “I wish more people knew about this site.” This site is a lesson in history. You need to read these letters.

This blog is just really cute! I am beginning my foray into cooking for myself, and I will definitely look to this blog for some unique ideas.

This girl reminds me so much of myself its scary. We share a love of vintage dresses and wacky tights. And she is a pastry chef!

I have a new show on Netflix to watch!
This week, I just couldn’t stomach another episode of Arrested Development or Parks & Rec (though I do love them very much), but luckily StumbleUpon saved me and led me to this excellent anime show, Soul Eater.
They are only twenty minutes long and they are getting more and more crazy with each episode. Watch this show for the literary tie-ins, the dark art style, and of course for the silliness (it’s SO silly).
Come to think of it, Netflix is an anime treasure trove. I will definitely be interested to find more shows as awesome as this one.
