Professor Blastoff
A few weeks ago, my dad was a guest for a second time on the Professor Blastoff podcast, this time around talking about my brother’s struggles with autism when he was younger, and how he’s been able to overcome it. I am really proud of dad for doing this. Reaching out to the hosts and sharing his vast knowledge with a wider audience is just perfect for him at this moment in time. Of course, I am also extremely proud of my little brother for working so hard, for all of his life.
This episode was also the one in which Tig Notaro, one of the hosts, announced that she had breast cancer. My heart absolutely goes out to her as well.
You can listen to the episode here.
And you can listen to the earlier podcast my dad did, on global sustainability, here.

“PE was awesome. We started speedball, which we really resisted at first but…once I injured myself, I was totally into it.”
Makeup inspired by art!
My current favorite song. It makes me feel very emotional, almost to the point of tears. I want the opportunity to sing it on stage.
It wouldve been nice to have inherited some of my great-great grandfather’s artistic talent. Painting signed G. Sollberger. (Taken with Instagram at Granny’s house)

I love this, I love this, I love this.
Cutest goddamn movie of all time. There. The End. Farewell. Close the book. Put it on the shelf. No more. All Done. Goodbye in every language. MMhmm. Yerp.
This is all you have to know about my Thursday night.
Hello boyfriend
Luxirare’s blog is total eye candy for me. I love the luxurious minimalism of her brand and lifestyle. And I especially enjoy reading her food and drink entries, even down to the style of the plating & packaging. Here are a few stand out posts for me (after scrolling dreamy-eyed through her blog archives).

Baies Rose Peppercorn Brownies

My favorite card in the tarot deck (aesthetically speaking). Represents over-imagination. (Taken with Instagram)
