Professor Blastoff

A few weeks ago, my dad was a guest for a second time on the Professor Blastoff podcast, this time around talking about my brother’s struggles with autism when he was younger, and how he’s been able to overcome it. I am really proud of dad for doing this. Reaching out to the hosts and sharing his vast knowledge with a wider audience is just perfect for him at this moment in time. Of course, I am also extremely proud of my little brother for working so hard, for all of his life.

This episode was also the one in which Tig Notaro, one of the hosts, announced that she had breast cancer. My heart absolutely goes out to her as well.

“PE was awesome. We started speedball, which we really resisted at first but…once I injured myself, I was totally into it.”

My current favorite song. It makes me feel very emotional, almost to the point of tears. I want the opportunity to sing it on stage.
